Assistant to the Sales Manager
About the Role:
This entry-level role is perfect for a young & eager candidate to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager by handling urgent requests, attending to unresolved queries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Query Management: Respond promptly to customer queries, ensuring all unresolved matters are closed effectively.
- Support with Urgent Requests: Handle time-sensitive requests to ensure customers needs are met efficiently.
- Administrative Assistance: Maintain accurate records and process orders accurately.
- Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the Sales Manager and customers, providing updates and follow-ups as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ease the workload of the Sales Manager and ensure seamless coordination.
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
