An established leading hotel group in Durban is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager with Micros and Opera experience to support daily restaurant operations.
Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee floor operations, supervise staff, ensure stock and cash controls, and deliver excellent guest service. You will assist with staff training, rostering, and ensure SOPs are followed to maintain high service standards.
Proficiency in Micros POS and Opera PMS is required for managing billing, reservations, and reporting.
