Job Summary Assistant Restaurant Manager - Cape Town | R18 000 per month Looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the team at this fine dining cafe, located within a 5-star Hotel. You'll also oversee In-Room Dining, Mini Bars, and Poolside Service.. Responsibilities: -Daily engagement with diverse guests and team members -Fine-dining and wine experience management -Assist the Restaurant manager with daily operations Requirements: -Diploma in Hotel or F&B Management -4+ years F&B experience in a 4/5-star or fine dining environment -2+ years in a management/supervisory role -Strong communication and guest service skills -Computer literacy - Outlook, Word, Excel -Experience with POS systems - Micros (advantageous) -Stock management systems - Micros Control (advantageous) -Excellent grooming and presentation -Sound knowledge of F&B terminology and financials -Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays -WSET Level 1 or 2 certification If interested, please apply to Ilze@ Apply Below
