Educational / Experience requirements:
Hotel Management Diploma/Degree preferred Minimum 2 years management experience in a Food & Beverage Service managerial role MS Office Knowledge a must Knowledge of LightSpeed and advantage
Performance Requirements
:Attention to detail Fluent in English Flexible on all levels at all times Excellent time management skills Able to work under pressure Able to manage people effectively Good organisational skills Be able to implement and maintain standards and procedures Be able to handle complaints efficiently Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene and HACCP. Meet revenue targets Able to manage operating stock and reduce losses Able to manage expense budgets and CoS targets Creative thinker
