Educational / Experience requirements:
Hotel Management Diploma/Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years management experience in a Food & Beverage Service managerial role
MS Office Knowledge a must
Knowledge of LightSpeed and advantage

Able to manage expense budgets and CoS targets
Creative thinker
Must have the right to legally work & live in South Africa.
