Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, we are based in Camps Bay. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency. This role involves working closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house and back-of-house staff
-Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
-Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and stock management
-Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R10000,00 - R14000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Cape Town, Western Cape 8000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
