Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description
A busy restaurant at the V&A Waterfront catering to both local and international clientele requires an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager. The role requires a candidate with at least 2 years experience in a similar position, who has strong leadership skills and who is fully familiar with restaurant operations and managing back of house and front of house. Candidate must be well presented, articulate and committed to supporting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and overall satisfaction of guests. **Please only apply if you are already living in Cape Town or close surrounds and have your own transport **As this restaurant operates 7 days a week, shift work & weekend work will be required.
