? What you'll be doing:

? Restaurant Operations
/p
p
Assist in managing daily service & FOH operations
/p
p
Train, schedule & support restaurant staff
/p
p
Uphold 5-star guest service standards & handle feedback with professionalism
/p
p
Manage stock, inventory & POS systems with accuracy
/p
p
Work with the kitchen & bar teams to ensure flawless service delivery
/p
p
Drive sales through upselling, specials & promotions
/p
p
? Events Management
/p
p
Plan & execute events from enquiry to completion (birthdays, showers, teas & more)
/p
p
Prepare quotes, manage bookings & liaise directly with clients
/p
p
Conduct site inspections & ensure venues are event-ready
/p
p
Collaborate with service & kitchen teams for smooth delivery
/p
p
Develop event packages & promotions to grow business
/p
p
Build strong supplier & client relationships
/p
p
? What you'll need:

Previous experience in restaurant and/or event management within luxury hospitality
/p
p
Strong organisational & administrative skills
/p
p
Financial acumen & stock management experience
/p
p
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
/p
p
Proactive, detail-oriented & able to thrive under pressure

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
