Requirements
A relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preference will
be given to candidates with a relevant B degree
ITIL V3 Foundation certification
Minimum one (1) to two (2) years' experience in IT Change
Management
Experience in working with an ITSM tool and reporting will
be advantageous
Computer proficiency in MS Office Packages, SAP.
Key Performance Areas
Provide comprehensive IT Change Management
administrative support within the IT Change Management
team
Ensure effective IT Change Management Communication
to various IT stakeholders
Coordinate and maintain the seamless operation and
continuous improvement of the IT change management
system
Assist in developing and promoting robust policies,
procedures, and standards to govern the IT change
management process, ensuring consistency, compliance,
and efficiency
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on IT change
management activities.
