Requirements



Relevant three-year tertiary qualification Nil (0) to two (2) years' experience.

Key Performance Areas



Assist and support with the development and implementation

of policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines



regarding matters pertaining to remuneration, benefits and



conditions of service in line with relevant legislation and



local government frameworks.



Aligned to the total rewards strategy, assist in the provision

of a corporate remuneration, benefits and conditions of



service function.



Assist and support with the administration of contract

management processes



Apply basic concepts and theoretical knowledge of job

evaluation principles by conducting research and



investigations regarding job descriptions, organisational



structures and job comparisons, assist and support with



the administration of the individual performance



management system and cycle coordination.
