An upmarket and vibrant hostel company is looking for an experienced, fun, energetic, reliable and guest-focused Assistant Operations Manager to join the team at one of its Cape Town-based properties. Minimum Qualifications:
Matric certificate (Grade 12) At least 2 year of experience in a similar reception role within the hotel or hostel industry
Key Skills & Attributes:
High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Professional personal presentation and grooming Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and telephonic) Problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal strengths Good planning, organisation, and time management skills Proven background in reception team management Computer literate - Excel, Word, Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel management software
