Essential:
Previous restaurant management experience
Proven track record in the hospitality industry
Professional and well-presented appearance
Dynamic personality with strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations
Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ensure exceptional customer service standards
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Assist with staff scheduling and training
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Support financial management including stock control and cash handling
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives
