Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial functions including invoicing, reconciliations, and budget tracking.

Maintain and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure compliance with company policies, HR standards, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Ensure the aesthetic standards of the restaurant, coffee shop, and retail space are maintained.

Oversee daily operations in partnership with the Operations Manager.

Make informed decisions during the Manager's absence.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.

Experience in finance, bookkeeping, or stock management.

Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and POS systems.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.

Experience in hospitality, retail, or the service industry is preferred.
