Job Title: Assistant Manager : Captain Doregos, a leading fast food chain specializing in fish, chicken, burgers, and breakfast items, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Responsibilities: - Conduct stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies - Perform cashing up duties, ensuring all revenue is accurately recorded and deposited - Place orders for inventory to ensure product availability and prevent shortages - Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience - Manage staff by providing guidance, training, and scheduling shifts - Ensure that the change safe is balanced at all times - Receive stock deliveries and enter them into the computer system - Foster positive customer relations by addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly - Demonstrate a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the role Qualifications: - Proven experience in the fast food industry - Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee staff and maintain customer satisfaction - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in computer systems and software applications - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and inventory If you are a hardworking, enthusiastic individual who can easily work with and manage staff while providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
