Stunning Beach Lodge is looking for an ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT COUPLE
This property is a stunning self-catering beach lodge equipped with approximately 15 cabins and a sea-view restaurant. The Assistant Managers will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, assisting with guest services, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and providing support to GMs.
Candidate requirements;
- Must both have valid driver's licenses.
- Must have own transport.
- Must have supervisory or managerial experience in Hospitality Management or related field
- Must have working knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Love for the ocean and nature.
- Live in accommodation, one-bedroom cabin semi-furnished.
- Combined salary of R25kpm slightly neg.
- Work cycle is 11 days on and 3 days off.
