This live-in position is ideal for a couple with a passion for hospitality, guest experience, and operational support at a high-end lodge. ? Salary: R25,000 - R35,000 (Negotiable, DOE) ? Location: Eastern Cape ? Job Type: Full-time, Live-in Key Requirements: Experience assisting with the operations of a 5-star property or luxury lodge Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest interaction Warm; professional, and personable approach when engaging with guests Hands-on; proactive, and solution-oriented attitude Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills Reliable; responsible, and collaborative team players Previous lodge or luxury hospitality experience highly advantageous Key Responsibilities: Support the Management Couple with the daily operations of the lodge Assist with hosting and engaging guests to ensure a memorable and personalised experience Help manage, motivate, and mentor lodge staff to maintain high service standards Assist with guest check-ins/outs, enquiries, and general relations Support stock control, logistics, and operational administration Ensure all lodge operations align with luxury service standards and guest expectations
