For this reason we choose xe2x80x98&Beyondersxe2x80x99 very carefully xe2x80x93 they are the strength and the future of this company.KEY OUTPUTSMaintain the Microsoft Access systems and excel reporting templates that facilitate monthly, quarterly and statutory reportingPrepare and maintain the monthly and quarterly management account packs for the Group and regions, including financial analysis and commentaryPrepare and maintain budget templates and supporting consolidation solutionsAssist the bookkeepers with excel or data queriesAssist Regional Finance managersAd hoc projects as requiredDUTIESEnsure continued functionality of the management accounts and consolidation processEnsure all forms of templates are up to date with current accounting practisesContinuous improvements to allow for improved efficienciesGroup consolidation (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)Entity level consolidations (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)Access database maintenancePANstrat month end checksNew financial year rolloversProducing of the monthly Management Accounts Reporting packVariance analysisEnsuring actuals and forecasts are reported at the correct exchange ratesCreate new management account templates for new business unitsGeneral Ledger postingsFinancial support to And Beyond Asia and And Beyond South AmericaEnsuring forecasts are updated with the latest forward booking report (FBR)Updating the Group and Regional High Level ForecastGeneral assistance in the annual budget processForex analysisAd hoc analysis and assistance as required QUALIFICATIONB Comm Honours/CIMA qualified or strategic levelSKILLSProficient with MS Office Packages and must be able to demonstrate superior MS ExcelExperience with MS Access beneficial, but not mandatoryMust be a self starter and have high level of attention to detailResults focused, but willing to work with diverse personalitiesMust be able to work in a challenging environmentAnalysis & Problem SolvingUnderstands business principles and language, including the fundamentals of finance and profitability.Business AcumenSecuring relevant information and identifying key issues and relationships from a base of information relating and comparing data from different sources, identifying cause-effect relationships.Attitude & EnergyThe ability to generate and maintain a positive momentum and focus.
