Job Description
Stunning Lodge Collection is looking for an ASSISTANT HEAD GUIDE
The individual will be driving for 14 days during the 21-day cycle and will cover Head Guide duties for the remaining 7 days. Depending on occupancy levels, they may also be required to drive during those 7 days.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Guide at a 5* establishment, and/or leadership roles within the guiding industry
- FGASA NQF4, and Full Trails
- All Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, DEAT, PDP, ARH etc) must be fully up to date and valid
- Possession of a valid driver's license & PDP is essential
- Must be computer literate
- Must be mature, confident, stable, and an analytical thinker
- Must be a natural leader
- Strong decision-making abilities under pressure
- Passion for the outdoors and client satisfaction
- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability
- Must be well-presented and well-spoken
- Must reference incredibly well
This is a live-in position, meals and uniform included.
Work cycle - 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Salary range: R13-15kpm plus gratuities
