Job Summary BCom Bus Mngt/B.Com.Acc./Fin Mngt; Acc.Standards;Excel Adv.; 8+ years of exp as Gen Mngr/Ops mngt and Financial cntl of BU in FMCG/food/agric processing plant. Must have excellent personal organisation and business administration skills /willingness to learn/improve and adapt; exp of annual budget processes/ managing thereof; operational/financial mngt;detailed understanding of mngt systems/maintenance of control systems/adherence to Corporate Governance;be able to work productively/efficiently/effectively/with initiative and drive/under timescales and pressure/while maintaining attention to detail and quality;strong analytical and problem-solving skills;risk analysis & management reporting;stock management and balancing;effective interpersonal and communication skills/managing of subordinates with the necessary motivational and leadership skills. Ops/financial support function for each business unit; provide on time and accurate reporting to allow for appropriate business decisions making,and manage issues arising from ops/financial performance deviations;ensure adherence to sound corporate governance practices/compliance with statutory financial legalisation/and enhance financial performance based on continuous improvement processes.
