Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banqueting services. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. Supervise; train, and motivate F&B staff to achieve performance excellence. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory control. Implement and maintain hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Support cost control measures and maximize revenue opportunities. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve service-related issues promptly. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and guest service abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and stock management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A hospitality management qualification will be advantageous. Why Join Us?
