Key Responsibilities

Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining

Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver consistently high levels of service aligned with 5-star standards
/p

p
Oversee stock control, cost management, and supplier relationships to maximise operational efficiency
/p
/li
li
p
Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
/p
/li
li
p
Manage guest feedback, resolve service challenges, and ensure personalised, memorable dining experiences
/p

li
p
Support menu development, wine pairing initiatives, and promotional activations in collaboration with the culinary team
/p
/li

p
Monitor operational budgets and assist in achieving revenue and profit targets

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role within a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends, with WSET or similar certification advantageous

Proficiency in property management and POS systems (Opera PMS, Micros, or similar)

/li

p
Exceptional leadership, training, and team development skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

A guest-first approach with meticulous attention to detail and service delivery
