We are looking for a
young, energetic, vibey South African Citizen, Assistant F&B Manager
for an upmarket hotel on the foreshoreTo oversee and manage the Restaurant & Banqueting on various shifts, managing the team, rosters, stock takes, liaising with the Conferencing and Events team to know where he and the DM's need to assist
535 stunningly designed rooms and suites, Conference to 150 pax and 3 restaurants.
MUST have Hotel experience
5 years min in F&B department
Must be stable, 2 years in each position
MUST have own transport
Live within 20 to 30 km's from work
