- Efficiently managing the capture, processing, and follow-up of applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Guaranteeing that all new business and client servicing adheres to compliance standards, with thorough documentation and Financial Needs Analysis (FNA). Cross-verifying the Record of Advice (ROA) and FNA, and ensuring precise compliance completion.
- Maintaining a comprehensive record system in line with FAIS Act, FICA Act, and relevant legislation.
- Ensuring the timely processing of new business and diligent follow-ups on outstanding quotations.
- Handling queries, challenging clients, and complex concerns received by Advisors and the Financial Planning Practice.
