We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager with
strong practical finance and accounting knowledge
who can workindependently
. The ideal candidate understands core financial principles, business finance, and hospitality operations--not just accounting software.Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Analyze financial performance and provide business insights Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability for hospitality operations Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Handle audits, reconciliations, and financial reviews without supervision Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CA, CPA or ACCA qualified (must).
6-10 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality or Healthcare Strong understanding of real-world finance, accounting principles, and business operations Ability to work independently and take full ownership of finance functions Experience beyond data entry and software-based accounting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsHow to Apply:
