In this role, youll support the full finance function within a fast-paced, values-driven environment. Youll collaborate closely with operational teams, helping translate financial insights into real-world results that enhance both business performance and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily finance operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
- Prepare and review monthly management reports and financial statements
- Partner with operations on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies
- Support both internal and external audits while driving continuous improvement
Bcom degree in a related field required
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
2+ years post article experience
