We're looking for a

hands-on, people-focused Assistant Farm Manager

to lead and motivate our citrus and butternut workforce.

What you'll do:

? Manage and motivate the labour force
? Oversee recruitment, allocation & performance
? Support harvest & production activities
? Ensure compliance & positive employee relations

What you'll need:

? Matric (Grade 12) | Tertiary qualification an advantage
? People management / workforce supervision experience
? Strong leadership, planning & conflict resolution skills
? Valid driver's licence
