Assistant Farm Manager - Riebeek-Kasteel, Western CapeFull job descriptionOur client, Mullineux, part of Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines, is an award winning winery based at their organic vineyard near the village of Riebeek Kasteel in the Swartland region, is seeking a driven individual with strong interpersonal skills paired with the drive for top quality wine grape farming whilst maintaining sustainable farming practices.The ideal candidate can work independently, is self-motivated, can perform under pressure and will need to show initiative and leadership qualities, that will enhance and help grow the farming activities.Essential qualifications, skills and experience:A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture/Viticulture and Oenology;Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 practical experience in a similar role in the agricultural industry;Willingness to work hard and must have a passion for top quality farming activities;Practical experience with coordinating basic farm maintenance is recommended, together with experience with organic/sustainable farming practices;Code 10 driverxe2x80x99s license and valid PDP.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 22 April 2024.For general enquiries, contact our team at M3 Human Capital Management on 021 863 1444.Please note that only shortlisted candidates are contacted.
