Job Description

Responsibilities
Operational Support

  • Assist in managing daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and room service
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
Staff Supervision & Training
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B staff
  • Schedule shifts and allocate duties to optimize productivity
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
Inventory & Cost Control
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
  • Assist in budgeting and monthly profit/loss reviews
Quality & Hygiene Standards
  • Enforce health and safety regulations across all F&B areas
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and service
Event & Function Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing lodge events, themed dinners, and special occasions
  • Liaise with guests and other departments to ensure seamless experiences
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality / Food & Beverage Management
  • 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a lodge or resort
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid drivers license and own transport
