Creativ Recruits is engaging qualified Assistant Executive Housekeepers for a leadership opportunity within an established hospitality setting. We are seeking professionals who can support the Executive Housekeeper in managing the full housekeeping function, ensuring consistent service excellence and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will contribute to the effective running of the housekeeping department, overseeing daily operations, supporting staff coordination, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role functions as the operational second?in?command and requires a hands?on, solutions?driven approach.

Minimum Requirements

Matric

Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification (or equivalent)

1-2 years' experience as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a hotel environment

Strong organisational and leadership capability

Ability to remain composed and solution?focused in high?pressure situations

Demonstrated ability to identify operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement

Customer?service orientation with excellent communication and active listening skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required

Professional communication with staff and guests

High level of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness

Exceptional attention to detail

Professional, well?presented, and articulate

Leads by example and contributes positively to team culture

Proactive, hands?on approach to daily operations
