Assistant Coordinator to Event Planner - Quoin Rock

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Coordinator to support our Event Planner in delivering exceptional events at Quoin Rock. The successful candidate will assist with event coordination, stock management, staff management, and floor management on event days. You will work closely with the Event Planner to ensure seamless execution of events and provide administrative support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution
- Conduct stock takes and manage inventory
- Support staff management, including scheduling and supervision
- Provide floor management on event days, ensuring smooth operations
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Manage all new quotations and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally
- Assist the Event Planner with site inspections and venue tours
- Assist with event marketing and promotion
- Manage event budgets and financial reporting
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and communication
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Experience with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
