Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years Company Secretarial experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident in providing guidance and advice.
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company is complaint with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement Directors decisions.
  • Keep board members informed of their legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with executive teams.
  • Take meeting minute.
  • Maintain company governance framework and programme.
  • Show leadership and potential to build a department.
