Position: Assistant Branch Administrator (Contract until 21 December 2023)
Industry: Manufacturing Industry
Location: Kuruman Northern Cape
Salary: R 17k R 20k p/m no benefits

Education and Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Administrative experience (quotations and invoicing).
  • 2 years customer service experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with enquiries and quotations.
  • Loading of sales orders into Syspro.
  • Processing of sales invoices.
  • Invoicing of spares
  • Expediting spares for dispatch.
  • Lead time update and expediting back orders on behalf of customers.
  • Provide feedback to customers.
  • Assist with cash sales.
  • Liaise with Buyers and Manufacturing regarding spares.
  • Problem solving
