Job Description
Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Assistant Branch Administrator (Contract until 21 December 2023), to join their team in Kuruman xe2x80x93 the Northern Cape.

Salary: R 17k xe2x80x93 R 20k p/m no benefits
Education and Experience:
- Grade 12
- Administrative experience (quotations and invoicing).
- 2 years customer service experience.
- Assist customers with enquiries and quotations.
- Loading of sales orders into Syspro.
- Processing of sales invoices.
- Invoicing of spares
- Expediting spares for dispatch.
- Lead time update and expediting back orders on behalf of customers.
- Provide feedback to customers.
- Assist with cash sales.
- Liaise with Buyers and Manufacturing regarding spares.
- Problem solving
