Job Summary

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an Assistant Audit Manager to join our client's team. As an Assistant Audit Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Audit Manager in overseeing audit engagements and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

You will work closely with the Audit Manager to plan, execute, and review audits, assess internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend remedial measures. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching audit staff, as well as maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Audit Manager in planning and executing audit engagements
• Review and evaluate financial statements
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement
• Provide recommendations and solutions for areas of non-compliance
• Supervise and mentor audit staff
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in auditing or related field
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in using auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite
