Assistant Administrator

Job Description

Provide administrative support to Project Managers and team members



Track project progress and update project schedules and trackers



Maintain and organize project documentation, files, and records



Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes



Manage project-related correspondence and communications



Assist with budget tracking and expense report preparation



Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members



Monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines



Support with risk management and issue resolution processes



Grade 12 / Matric (essential)



A relevant administrative or project management qualification/certificate (advantageous)



Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or project support experience



Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)



Strong organizational and time management skills



Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure



High attention to detail and accuracy



Between 1 - 3 Years
