The Back Clinic in Polokwane is seeking a highly motivated and organised
Team Assistant
to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team
immediately
. This role involves providing vital administrative and patient support to ensure a smooth and professional clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient service and support throughout their treatment journey.
Manage patient bookings, appointment reminders, attendance tracking, and invoicing.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain up-to-date records.
Handle daily administrative duties including emails, calls, and front-desk tasks.
Capture and process patient data using MedEdi, booking systems, and digital tools.
Support the Practice Administrator and stand in when required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Cloud, MedEdi, and booking systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self-driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Previous healthcare admin experience is advantageous.
Reporting To:
Branch Lead (Doctor) or Practice Administrator
