Assistance Technical Advisor
Job Description
To assume full responsibility of diagnosing faults, repairs, replacement of parts and routine services on motor products + workshop co-ordination + dealer network assistance on both motor and marine
Perform general maintenance / servicing tasks at the highest level of quality and efficiency
Comply to all pre-set manual requirements on any vehicle/engine
Technical support on any key events
Honest and ethical workmanship for customer retention
Able to operate a computer for diagnostics
Displays excellent verbal communication skills
Use of approved techniques obtained from training
Support function to service manager when required to offer advice to a customer tech at a dealership
