Role Purpose:



To drive revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and lead the execution of regional sales strategies. You'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Representatives while ensuring high standards of operational excellence, customer satisfaction and sales results.

Role Requirements:



Grade 12/Matric/Equivalent. 3-year Degree or Diploma in the Sales and Marketing field will be highly advantageous. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in sales management tools and MS Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Key Performance Areas:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including major retail chains, wholesalers and food service customers. Lead and guide a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and optimize territory coverage Negotiate pricing, contracts and promotional agreements to drive profitability and business growth. Monitor sales activities and ensure adherence to company standards through sales management platforms. Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of dairy products. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Conduct regular field visits, mentor the sales team and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns for key accounts. Manage stock levels and optimize product availability while minimising wastage. Participate in regional sales strategy meetings and contribute insights into driving business success.

Pay: R34000,00 - R35000,00 per month
