Our client, InteliGro, a leader in intelligent crop solutions is looking for dynamic and commercially driven Area Managers to join our team in the Northern Cape, Central Cape and Lowveld areas.
Three positions are available: 1x Northern Cape, 1x Central Cape and 1x in the Lowveld area.
The successful candidate will become a key player in the Area Management team, working alongside skilled Crop Advisors to drive growth and deliver value where it matters most - on the farm. Reporting to the Executive Manager: Primary Business Channel, your focus will be on business unit support, market expansion, operational execution, and strategic alignment across the region.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Oversee regional commercial operations and execution of strategic goals *Support and coordinate business activities across cross-functional teams *Drive market expansion and build strong producer relationships *Support Crop Advisors in delivering excellent on-farm solutions *All other tasks related to this role.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field;
An Agricultural qualification will be a strong advantage;
Minimum 35 years' experience in a similar role within a commercial or agricultural environment;
Good computer literacy (MS Office);
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
