Job Description
Our client is looking for a passionate, energetic and intuitive Area Manager to provide full business support to their Sales Force Members in order to holistically help improve and grow their businesses, thereby empowering them to become more successful.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business or Sales
- 5 or More years in a similar role within Direct Selling Business
- Alternatively, 5 or more years experience in a role providing both sales and operational support to franchisees or other businesses
- Resides in the applicable Geographical location
- Able to converse in multiple South African languages
- Valid Drivers License
- Good commercial and business acumen
- Extensive Travel within the relevant Geographical region is an operational requirement of the role
- At least once a month travel to Johannesburg Support Office to attend meetings, training and to interact and develop relationships with the broader Support Office and Sales Force Department
- Working hours are outside business hours due to the nature of the job, and often require weekend work
