Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgets, cost management, and financial reporting
- Manage all aspects of farm production, including orchard health, crop quality, and new developments
- Collaborate with consultants and external partners to drive results
- Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure through inspections, repairs, and continuous improvements
- Workforce planning, training, compliance, audits, and staff well-being
- Build and maintain strong relationships with head office, consultants, staff, and customers
- Lead, support, and motivate your team, ensuring a positive and productive working environment
- Proven farm management experience in production agriculture
- Strong leadership, administrative, and analytical abilities
- Solid knowledge of production, infrastructure, and people management
- Experience with Citrus and/or Avocados will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on, results-driven approach with commitment to quality and compliance
