Key Responsibilities: * Customer service (because we want our customers to love being with their family and friends on our couches, sitting at our dining chairs, and sleeping in our beds).
- Generate turnover (you will need to be good at sales because ultimately, this keeps us in business).
- Contain operating expenses and losses (because there's no point in generating turnover if you lose it all with poor cost and risk management).
- Implement company standards (because we're clear on how we like to operate as a team and as a company).
- Establish and maintain effective people and process management practices (because our people are extremely important to us and make our business hum. And developing your team grows your business).
- Responsible for the Retail Stock Management Portfolio
- Matric and/or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Business Management qualification advantageous
