Job Description
Required for leading franchise company, must reside in Durban. Well-established QSR brand requires an Area Manager to provide a link between franchisees & Head Office, and to ensure brand standards and guidelines are implemented and always maintained. R30K + benefits
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within the food industry + previous experience in dealing with franchisees
- Solid understanding of training principles
- Sound financial understanding of gross profit + food costs
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license
- Travel & after-hours work (nights/weekends) will be required, depending upon business requirements
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
