Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance / business related field, candidate must have Finance Management / Finance 2
A property related degree advantageous
Must be a SA born citizen with a valid drivers license and own transport
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
4+ years experience in property investment / property finance structuring
5+ years experience in business management
Experience in banking, sales, marketing, and business investment
Experience in sourcing clients, analyzing financials, and drafting investment reports

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Take completed ownership of financial management and oversee end to end property investment process
Participate in committee meetings
Prepare / present detailed investment proposals
Develop / execute marketing strategies
Cultivate / maintain relations and manage clients
Participate in building the team
