A respected company based in Germiston is seeking a reliable professional to oversee multiple client sites, ensuring cleaning standards are consistently upheld and client expectations exceeded.



This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and excels at coordinating cleaning teams, managing schedules, and optimising cleaning resources for maximum efficiency.



Requirements:




Matric certificate; a tertiary qualification in cleaning management or a related field is advantageous Clear Criminal and Credit (ITC) record Valid South African driver's licence At least 4 years' experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client and team engagement Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, specifically in managing cleaning contracts and vendor relations Professional demeanour with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service within the cleaning sector In-depth knowledge of Sectoral Determination and Industrial Relations related to the cleaning industry Proven ability to manage costs effectively by optimising chemical usage, allocating cleaning labour efficiently, and maintaining cleaning equipment proactively

Duties and Responsibilities:




Manage allocated cleaning sites according to agreed service standards to ensure client satisfaction Oversee timekeeping and attendance for site teams Coordinate and ensure the smooth startup of new cleaning sites Plan and prioritise tasks effectively to manage the portfolio efficiently Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease and organisation Control and optimise labour and resource costs to maximise efficiency * Perform all necessary administrative duties accurately and promptly
