Area Manager (Cleaning Division) required in Germiston.
Do you have at least three years of experience in an Area Manager role in the cleaning industry? An established company based in Germiston is looking for a reliable individual to manage multiple client sites and ensure service levels are met.
This role requires someone who thrives under pressure and manages time, people and cleaning resources well.
Requirements:
Matric, and tertiary qualification beneficial
Clear Criminal and ITC record
Valid SA Driver's License
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry
Computer literate on MS Office, with intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability
Professional demeanour with emphasis on client service delivery
Working knowledge of Sectorial Determination and Industrial Relations
Effective cost management through optimised chemical usage, efficient labour allocation, and proactive equipment maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure allocated sites are managed in line with agreed service parameters to achieve client satisfaction
Manage time and attendance
Responsible for the smooth startup of new sites
Effective planning and prioritising portfolio management
Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Able to handle various projects simultaneously
Cost management of Labour and Resources
