Key Responsibilities:
Deliver relevant KPIs (sales, NPS, open orders, repairs) through effective in-store execution.
Build strong business relationships and manage operations execution teams of respective stores and managers.
Drive sell-out by understanding targets per store, managing stock levels, and implementing promotional activities.
Monitor sales performance, manage expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7.
Driver's license (code 8).
Minimum Experience:
2 + years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in an FMCG/Cellular/Consumer electronics environment at a managerial/supervisory level
