Well established business in agri equipment seeking to employ a Area Manager for the Free State. Requirements:A formal tertiary technical qualification will be an advantage.At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the Agricultural Mechanization Industry would be an advantage.At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 sales experience and able to communicate on all levels.Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently.An aptitude towards customer liaison and problem solving.Organizational skills.A POSITIVE outlook on life, a self-challenging nature, and high levels of ENERGY are required.The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles.Must be willing to travel extensively and be away from home for some time.Valid CODE EB license. Key Performance Areas:Build direct relationships with all Dealers and customers.Plan, prepare and present sales presentations to dealers and customers.Be actively involved in Product Support, commissioning and aftermarket service on products.Plan, Prepare and execute farmers days and shows.Submit sales budget and achieve budgets as planned.Assist customers, dealers and own personnel with all related technical issues.
