This individual must either reside, be willing to relocate or live in a 30km radius of Nelspruit.
It would be highly beneficial if they have a network in the SAPS etc in the area as it makes the process of opening cases etc a lot easier.
They must be willing to still be operational as we want a manager to set the example to still work in the field with his team.
A successful candidate should not be older than 50 years of age.
In terms of experience, we are looking for someone who served with the SAPS that has +/- 5 years investigative experience.
It would be beneficial for them to have experience in coal switching as well as investigative experience in non-ferrous metal theft.
Ideally an individual who has management/leadership experience that is people-centric but also focused on results as they do have to do operational and crime prevention planning whilst ensuring retention of good employees.
