Job Description
Key Duties:
- Responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, drafting construction plans, and assisting with the As-builts and Municipality compliance processes.
- The role involves collaborating with architects and other team members to ensure that drawings are accurate and in compliance with project specifications.
- Responsible for on-site measuring, preparing and revising plans as needed and ensuring that all documents are up to date.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and construction plans using Revit 3D
- Able to compile Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Be able to use Drafting and drawing software tools
- Knowledge of Municipality compliance processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well presented, well spoken candidate in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Own vehicle
- Relevant degree or certification in Architecture (Advantageous but not essential)
