Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional design concepts
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure design integrity
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and design documentation for projects
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and technology to bring fresh ideas to projects
- Relevant qualification in Architecture or Architectural Design
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
- Strong creative and technical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Prior experience in architectural design or drafting will be an advantage
